These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of G.A.Q Consulting’s credit repair services (“Services”). By signing up for or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
G.A.Q Consulting offers credit repair services that may include:
- Reviewing your credit reports for errors or inaccuracies.
- Preparing and sending dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors.
- Providing guidance on building and maintaining positive credit history.
- Offering tools and resources for financial education.
We do not guarantee a specific outcome or improvement in your credit score, as results depend on your individual circumstances and the responses of credit bureaus and creditors.
2. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be a U.S. resident.
- Provide accurate and complete information to us.
3. Payment and Fees
The Deep Credit Analysis costs $179 (with promotional discounts applied where available).
Credit repair service plans may include:
- Value Advantage Plan – $119/month (first month free)
- Premium Advantage Plan – $149/month (first month free)
Fees are charged after services are performed, in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). You are responsible for maintaining an active form of payment on file.
Prices and fees are subject to change at any time. If changes occur, we will notify you in advance, and continued use of our Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Forward to us any correspondence from credit bureaus or creditors relevant to disputes.
- Use our Services only for lawful purposes.
- Maintain communication with us throughout the process.
5. Communication Consent
By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive communications from us, including:
- Service updates and account-related notices.
- Marketing messages via SMS, phone, and email (opt-out available at any time).
Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not provide refunds once services have been performed. However, if you believe you were billed in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge so we can review your account.
Please note: Changes in pricing or promotional offers do not constitute grounds for a refund. If prices are adjusted, the new rates will apply moving forward, and previously billed amounts remain non-refundable.
7. No Guarantee of Results
We cannot guarantee that negative items will be removed from your credit report, that your credit score will improve, or that you will be approved for credit. Our role is to assist and advocate on your behalf to the best of our ability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, G.A.Q Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Compliance with Credit Repair Laws
G.A.Q Consulting operates in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state laws. You have the right to:
- Cancel your contract with us within 3 business days of signing, without penalty.
- Receive a written contract outlining our services, payment terms, and your rights under the law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Services if you:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Fail to make payments as agreed
- Violate these Terms
You may cancel Services at any time by contacting us in writing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which G.A.Q Consulting operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
